The cirriculum for the 72-credit hour Ph.D. program in Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies is designed to provide graduate students with a theoretical and practical understanding of the social, political, and economic issues encompassing the development, future challenges of postsecondary institutions in general and MSIs specifically. Cirricular priorities will include integrating theory and practice, fostering high quality research, enchaning leadership development, and developing the knowledge base for policy advocacy
